01 In short
We collect only what we need to get back to you. We do not sell your data, we do not track you for advertising, and the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

03 What we collect
We keep only what you give us, plus records that are technically necessary.
- Contact form: name, phone, email (optional), message.
- Pre-registration form: participant name, age, phone, email (optional), chosen programme, note and discount code.
- Newsletter: email address.
- A temporary counter derived from your IP address to prevent spam. Deleted within one hour at most.
- Server-side technical error logs.
04 What we do not collect
No card or bank details, no national identity numbers, no location data and no advertising identifiers. No form on this site asks for payment details.
05 Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and handle enrolment.
- To plan the right programme, group and time.
- To send the newsletter, where you have explicitly consented.
- To prevent form abuse and spam.
- To meet legal obligations.
06 How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after your enquiry is closed.
- Pre-registrations that do not proceed: up to 12 months.
- Applications that result in enrolment: for the statutory retention periods.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Spam counters: one hour at most.
08 Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable tracker.
- Language and theme preference: kept in your browser’s local storage or a preference cookie.
- Admin session cookie: used only when club staff sign in to the panel; never sent to visitors.
- Cloudflare security cookies: may be set as strictly necessary for bot protection.
09 Your rights
You have the right to know whether we process your data, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
10 Children’s data
A large share of our enrolments are for children. Details of participants under 18 must be entered only by a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect data directly from children.
11 Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The admin panel is password-protected and closed to search engines. Database queries are parameterised. Even so, no system is ever completely secure.
12 Changes
When we update this policy we change the date on this page. For significant changes we also notify newsletter subscribers.
